Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account with tm15ph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited. tm15ph employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts through analysis of personal information, payment methods, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and behavioral patterns. Users found to be operating multiple accounts may have all accounts suspended or permanently closed, with funds and winnings subject to forfeiture. 9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, tm15ph, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (c) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; (d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; OR (e) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT tm15ph HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

tm15ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification; (d) creation of multiple accounts; (e) failure to provide requested verification documents; (f) chargebacks or payment disputes; or (g) any other reason determined by tm15ph in its sole discretion to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of termination may be forfeited if the termination resulted from violation of these Terms. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support, provided all pending transactions are completed and any bonuses are forfeited.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, tm15ph reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of tm15ph's intellectual property rights or confidential information.

12. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. The failure of tm15ph to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by tm15ph in writing. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
